Cancellation Policy

According to our Terms and Conditions, the customer must request the cancellation of the service via email. Please provide the following information:

  1. Name and Last Name
  2. Email Address
  3. Booking Number
  4. Payment Receipt
  5. Phone Number

Please note the following before requesting a cancellation:

  1. - Cancellation is free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  2. - We offer flight tracking at no extra charge and are flexible with flight reschedules or cancellations.
  3. - Postponement is possible if notified at least 12 hours before the service, but the new reservation must be within 6 months of the original date.
