According to our Terms and Conditions, the customer must request the cancellation of the service via email. Please provide the following information:
- Name and Last Name
- Email Address
- Booking Number
- Payment Receipt
- Phone Number
Please note the following before requesting a cancellation:

- Cancellation is free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

- We offer flight tracking at no extra charge and are flexible with flight reschedules or cancellations.

- Postponement is possible if notified at least 12 hours before the service, but the new reservation must be within 6 months of the original date.
